The PRC conducted the Real Estate Appraisers’ Licensure Examinations last Sunday, 31 July 2011, and people are waiting for the exam results…
Based on the RESA Law IRR (RA 9646), the results should be released within ten (10) days.
As soon as we get hold of the results, we will publish the information online. In the meantime, good luck to all aspiring real estate appraisers!

We’re seeing more and more RESAR Online Review members using the RESAR online quizzes. It’s inspiring to see how their persistence is paying off. At first, their scores are low, but over time, their online quiz scores keep going up.
What lessons can we learn from this?

In compliance with PRC’s requirement of a 120-hour CRES program, the CESAR E. SANTOS REAL ESTATE ACADEMY, INC. will conduct a 120-hour Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar (CRES) for aspiring Real Estate Appraisers in MAY 2011. This is in preparation for the Real Estate Appraiser’s Licensure Exam reportedly scheduled on JULY 31, 2011.
NOTE: We are waiting for the PRC to issue a formal announcement regarding this revised exam schedule, or to at least update their website’s Calendar of Exams for the Year 2011.
