   Hello! I would like to know kung ano yung mga qualifications in taking the exam? My mom and I would like to take the exam and if we are both qualified to take, we will surely prepare and review 😀

   I have read kasi parang we need 120 units? or hours of review or training? to be able to be eligible to take the exam?

   [From the Admin] Hello! Some people earn those 120 units in real estate subjects by attending a face-to-face 120-hour Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar and Review (CRESAR). You also need to be college graduate. Thanks!

   Good evening. I have received your mail, thank you. However, I am not confirming yet since I’m still a college student. And as per requirement, you must have a college degree first before you can take the exam, right. =) I’ll avail of this Online Review next year hopefully. I just hope that the price won’t increase.    Thanks so much to RESAR Online Review Admin and staff. I passed the REB Licensure Exam given last March 27. Finally, I got my PRC I.D. yesterday after the oathtaking ceremonies at PICC. More power to all of you!

    may confirmation na ba from prc na may next exam pa this year for REB

    [From the Admin] We haven’t seen any formal announcement from the PRC regarding when the next real estate brokers’ licensure exam will be held. Please note, though, that people are, in general, pleased with the results of the PRC’s REB exams of March 2011.

    We have heard reports that the PRC’s Real Estate Appraisers’ Exam will be moved to July 31, 2011 while the PRC’s Real Estate Consultants’ Exam will be moved to October 2, 2011. We checked the PRC website and their 2011 Calendar of Exams still displays May 29, 2011 as the exam date for both the RE Appraisers and RE Consultants.

    If it turns out that the REA and REC exams are officially moved to July and October, respectively, that will mean that the 2011 Exam Calendar is not cast in stone, and can still be subject to adjustments.

    We look forward to seeing an official PRC announcement stating when exactly the next Real Estate Brokers’ Exam will be held. During the time of the DTI, the REB exams were held in May and October of each year. Hopefully, the PRC will come out with a regular schedule of REB exams.
