Urban Institute of Real Estate Review – Oct 2009 Exam

The Urban Institute of Real Estate announces its schedule of Monday, Thursday, and Saturday sections as part of its Comprehensive Real Estate Seminars (CRES) series for those who are planning to take the real estate brokers’ licensure examinations which will be held in October 2009 (subject to verification).
Engr. Enrico Cruz, 1st and 8th placer in the real estate appraisers and brokers board examination, respectively, and son Atty. Rex Enrico Cruz III, the same team that produced 11 topnotchers and the highest 86 passing percentage in the May 2007 and October 2008 brokers’ licensure exams have once again lined up a series of lectures covering the subjects officially prescribed by the Department of Trade and Industry.
Urban also announced that updated copies of Comprehensive Notes and Review For Real Estate Broker’s Examination and Mastering the Real Estate Broker’s Exam are now available for distribution to aspiring examinees.

You can order the comprehensive notes and review in advance by depositing the advance class fee, plus P800 for the materials, both of which are deductible from the full seminar fee payable on the first day of your section’s class. You will also need to deposit P130 to cover the cost of the LBC door-to-door service (not deductible from the course fee).
The sample exam questions will be distributed on the first day of your class.
The two bestselling real estate books contain all the board exam topics with more than 700 past real estate brokers’ licensure exam questions and answers sorted according to board subjects required by the DTI. The reviewer will also be a handy reference for real estate developers, practitioners and property owners.

I want to take the oct. 2009 exam, when is the next review or seminar? is the september 10, 2009 schedule is the last?
The usual review centers are still waiting for approval/authorization from the PRC. Will probably just publish online tutorials in the future.
It is not yet clear who will conduct review classes. We’re still waiting for an official announcement on who the accredited reviewers will be.
