Someone was looking for the results of the real estate brokers’ licensure examinations of October 2009. Well, there were no such exams…
Before, it was the DTI that handled the REB exams. With the passage of the RESA Law (RA 9646) on July 31, 2009 the responsibility over the real estate brokers’ exams was transferred from the DTI to the PRC.
Given the transition, no real estate brokers’ exams were conducted in 2009 aside from the May 2009 exams.
