hi, I just want to ask if there will be other scheds for CRESAR this March? If yes, when and where? Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚

[From the Admin] Hello! We haven’t heard of any new or additional CRESARs being conducted in March. Perhaps this has something to do with the March 7, 2011 deadline for filing Examination Permits for the PRC’s upcoming Real Estate Brokers’ Licensure Exams.

If ever someone does organize another CRESAR, we will publish the info online.

    Thanks!

hi! your 60hr CRESAR seminar & review this feb. 18, 19, 20 are already full…is there still a chance that you could conduct another similar session before march? or atleast accomadate a few more participants? it would be a big help for all the rest who didn’t make it in the list.. or could you refer us to other review center? except for online review please..thanks!!

[From the Admin] We heard that the current venue cannot accommodate more CRESAR participants. Please try getting in touch directly with the CRESAR service provider, especially if you can suggest a larger venue. Thanks!

Hi, just want to inquire if you have a review here in Sta.Rosa, laguna. Many agents would like to be a license broker or take the exam. Thanks

[From the Admin] We haven’t gotten word yet whether the realtors in Laguna will organize a CRESAR. As soon as we hear about it, we will post the details online. Thanks!

Hi, can I still enroll to the January 2011 schedule of Mr. Cesar Santos? Thanks

[From the Admin] The last update we heard is that they still have 17 more slots. But please get in touch with them directly to reserve your slot. Thanks!
  7. on 06 Jan 2011 at 11:44 am jarick

Good morning! Can I enrol in your online review without enrolling 60 hrs CRESAR? Will it be accredited by the PRC knowing that it is just an online review? Thanks and more power.

[From the Admin] Thank you for your inquiry. Anyone may enroll in the RESAR Online Review.

Please keep in mind, however, that the RESAR Online Review is a supplementary/optional review that will not earn you any credits as far as the RESA Law IRR (RA 9646) is concerned.

It will, however, help you learn those real estate concepts faster, as well as retain the information longer, which can help you score higher in the real estate brokers’ exam.

    Thanks!

Is it possible to arrange reviews during the weekends? I have work Mondays to Fridays.

    Thanks! ๐Ÿ™‚

[From the Admin] Hi! Some CRESAR service providers have a Fri/Sat/Sun CRESAR offering. We haven’t seen a well-known CRESAR service provider offer a purely Saturday/Sunday CRESAR yet…

[From the Admin] We haven’t seen any formal announcements yet from the PRC regarding the list of accredited CRESAR service providers. You might wish to see this blog post:

Just to clarify, Mr. Cesar E. Santos is not a lawyer. ๐Ÿ™‚

Ms Grace Eslana will be with the CES Real Estate Academy until the end of 2010. We are awaiting info on who will take over her position. Thanks!

hi. i just want to inquire for any review here in Cebu? May i ask the dates and the venue and where should we register? thank you.

[From the Admin] Hi! So far, we haven’t heard of new CRESARs that will be conducted in Cebu starting January 2011… Thanks!
  12. on 21 Dec 2010 at 4:16 pm doll

is “Cesar Santos Real Estate Academy” accredited service provider by PRC? if so, do you have centers in Davao City or Cebu City?

[From the Admin] If you’re looking for a document from the PRC that shows that the “Cesar Santos Real Estate Academy is accredited by the PRC”, there’s none at the moment.

Various CRESAR review service providers are waiting for the PRC to release CRESAR accreditation guidelines.

    Thanks!

Can Mr Cesar Santos schedule a seminar in a Quezon City Venue. With the bad traffic, at EDSA it will be a very long commute for me to get to Makati. I am sure there are may aspirant who will patronize the seminar in Quezon City. Thank you very much for your kind accommodation.. Kindly update us soon of the possible venue if he will agree to hold one in Quezon City. Best regards and thanks

[From the Admin] We will forward your comment to the group of Mr Cesar Santos.

    Thanks!

    Hi.

Im interested to enroll in CRESAR with MR. Cesar Santos but I would like to know if his office is already accredited by the PRC to conduct such review.

One more question, the only time we can apply for the examination in prc is when we’re finished with the review?or do we have to submit the other requirements already?

    Thanks,

    Abbie R.

[From the Admin] We haven’t seen any document from the PRC accrediting any CRESAR service provider.

We heard, however, that if a service provider was accredited by the DTI prior to the passage of the RESA Law, then that organization meets the standards.

When you apply at the PRC for the Examination Permit, please include your Certificate of Completion (CRESAR).

    Thanks!

    Dear Sir,

Is it possible to pay in credit card on line, since i live in Cebu and would like to avail this service too. thanks

[From the Admin] The Cesar Santos CRESAR is based in Makati, and at the moment, payment is made via bank deposit.

On the other hand, if you’re referring to the RESAR Online Review, the available mode of payment is via LBC Express, which is available in Cebu.

    Thanks!

hi, do you have available review sched on sat & sun or week nights? thanks

[From the Admin] While the above CRESAR sked of the Cesar Santos Real Estate Academy is more or less fixed, there’s a Makati CRESAR offered by the Urban Institute of Real Estate that’s scheduled on Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

I was just wondering just in case 120 units would mean 60 hrs of lecture and 60 hours or training – what exactly does training entail and where can we undergo such training?

[From the Admin] We’ve been hearing talk about an unsigned document clarifying the breakdown of those “120 credits” into: 60 hours CRESAR and 60 hours on-the-job experience (e.g., real estate selling).

Please take note, it’s an unsigned document.

If ever that document gets signed by an authorized official, the 60 hours of real estate training (non-CRESAR) can be given by brokers or even property developers.

Anyway, let’s keep our eyes and ears open for the coming developments…

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I just have a question. There’s a CRESR chapter that offers 120 hour review and seminar which probably may equate to 120 real estate units. How come Cesar Santos Real Estate Academy is only offering 60 hours and others 120 hours? Does this mean it’s not definitive yet that the 120 hour offer of other chapters are not finalized? Do you think I’ll just wait for a final announcement from PRC before I begin searching for CRESR venue and pay a reservation? From your experience and basing on numbers, are there a lot of good feedbacks from Cesar Santos Real Estate Academy? I would like to make use of my online review as huge supplementary help but the live classes are equally important. Since I will be paying a huge amount for the CRESR review, I would like to make sure that its worth the pay. I would like to know your thoughts on this. Thank you very much. By the way, your online review is a very big help considering I’m new to real estate terminologies and laws. Thank you and more power to RESAR.

    Mary

[From the Admin] First of all, thank you for your kind words about the RESAR Online Review! ๐Ÿ™‚

    Now to answer your question…

We don’t know the exact reason for the approach taken by the Cesar Santos Real Estate Academy, but here’s an educated guess…

Cesar Santos is waiting for the PRC to clarify what “120 credits” of real estate subjects refers to. Does it mean 120 hours of CRESAR? Or can it mean 60 hours of CRESAR plus 60 hours of some other form of real estate training?

Now if the PRC formally announces that 120 credits means 120 CRESAR hours, then Cesar Santos is flexible enough to offer another 60 hours in February 2011.

Our Recommendation: Enroll in the 60-hour CRESAR of the Cesar Santos Real Estate Academy in January 2011 for only P9,000 because this will give you enough flexibility with your finances, and also with your real estate brokers’ exam review options.

Please note that the RESA Law IRR (RA 9646) does not clearly define what “120 credits” is equivalent to. That’s probably one reason why people have different interpretations of that law.

You have seen the topics covered in the RESAR Online Review, right? The missing topics are those which deal with Ecology and Land Planning. If you were the one who would teach those real estate topics, can you easily stretch your lectures to at least 100 hours?

Please take note that among the real estate topics listed in RA 9646 are “other topics” that the Board may deem necessary. Perhaps those will help bring the lecture hours to 120 hours.

Just to be clear, the various CRESAR service providers are credible. They have a name to protect.

If you’re after greater flexibility, however, then the 60-hour CRESAR of Cesar Santos is the one to enroll in.

Given the approaching March 27, 2011 real estate brokers’ exam date, we recommend that you start your face-to-face CRESAR in January 2011 at the latest, whether you choose to review with Engr. Enrico Cruz (Urban Institute of Real Estate), Cesar Santos, REBAP, PAREB, or any other association of realtors.

    Thanks!

I’m a freind of Sonia from Avesco Marketing Corp. I would like to enroll in your Cresar Review and would like to know the venue. I am only free on Sat. & Sunday. My office is Mon. to Fri. If you have a schedule on these two (2) days, I am very willing to enroll in the real estate broker’s seminar. I don’t know if you still remember me. I met you once in our office together with Sonia. Also, may I know the amount of seminar fee. Oo nga pala, nakatira ako sa Tandang Sora kung saan malapit na venue.

    Thanks and God Bless.

Is there CRESAR review in Cavite or Alabang? Please advise. Thanks!

[From the Admin] We will post the details as soon as we hear about a CRESAR offered in Cavite or Alabang. Thanks!
  23. on 15 Dec 2010 at 11:07 am ambrocia guerrero

A pleasant morning! Is there any fresh updates from the IRR of an official PRC announcement regarding the accredited review service providers regarding the 120 credit units,if it is really to be earned via CRESAR.Praying always for the success of your program.God bless!

[From the Admin] We haven’t seen any announcement yet from the PRC which clarifies what the RESA Law IRR (RA 9646) means by “120 credits” in real estate subjects, but the top CRESAR providers (e.g., Cesar Santos and Engr. Enrico Cruz) are now offering at least 60 hours of CRESAR sessions.

It makes sense, because with the coming March 2011 real estate brokers exam, you need to prepare early.

Perhaps if you will go ahead and enroll in a 120-hour CRESAR, you could ask them what happens if the PRC says that all that is needed is 60 hours of CRESAR, plus 60 hours of other forms of real estate training.

We heard that Cesar Santos is offering a 60-hour CRESAR in January.

Anyway, we hope the PRC releases some clarificatory guidelines soon.

    Thanks!

[From the Admin] It costs P9,000 (for a 60-hour CRESAR). If the PRC clarifies its guidelines and the Cesar Santos Real Estate Academy is required to offer a 120-hour CRESAR, then they will conduct another 60-hour CRESAR in February 2011 for another P9,000. Thanks!
